After working different jobs in various industries which include a manual handling element
within the job role and working as a part time personal trainer and fitness instructor,
Phillip Kasozi (director and founder) realised there was a gap in the industry for
physical health and wellbeing schemes/programmes for the manual handling industry,
also considering the common injuries the average manual handling employee is at risk of.
